About the role
The Mangroves Abu Dhabi, part of LXR Hotels and Resorts, is hiring a Door Attendant. The role goes beyond greeting guests on arrival: it is about delivering memorable experiences that make every stay special.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests on arrival and complete check-in, including verifying details, assigning rooms, issuing keys and providing welcome materials or bell service assistance
- Process check-outs by verifying charges, handling payments, issuing receipts and using the point-of-sale system accurately
- Share knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area information to answer guest questions
- Use up-selling techniques to recommend hotel amenities and maximise room and service revenue
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage messages and communications
