Door & Bell Person – Luxury Residential Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a Door Person / Bell Person to deliver warm, personalised first and last impressions for guests and residents at InterContinental Residences Dubai Business Bay. The role combines traditional door service with bell‑desk duties, ensuring every arrival and departure is seamless and memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and residents with a professional, courteous demeanor.
• Assist with luggage handling, opening doors, and escorting guests to their residences.
• Coordinate transportation arrangements and provide information about the residence and Dubai.
• Maintain a polished presence at the entrance and support entrance operations.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Security and other departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond promptly.
• Physical stamina for handling luggage and standing for extended periods.
