Driver – Hospitality Transportation

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic driver to support our hospitality team. You will be responsible for safely transporting colleagues and guests using our company‑owned bus or hotel vehicle, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a company‑owned bus or hotel car, ensuring safe and efficient travel for staff and guests.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and daily maintenance checks (oil, fuel, brakes, lights, wipers, water, tire pressure).
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, report accidents or unusual occurrences promptly.
• Conduct effective shift handovers, gathering relevant information from the previous shift.
• Forward any colleague complaints or issues to the Human Resources Manager.
• Execute ad‑hoc trips as requested by the hotel or management.

Required profile

• Vocational training in hospitality or a related field.
• Previous experience in transportation or driver roles.
• Valid local driving licence and thorough knowledge of country traffic laws.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with a proactive, hands‑on approach.
• Ability to adapt to unpredictable events, stay calm under pressure, and work reliably in a busy environment.
