About the role

First impressions are everything. As a Guest Arrival Expert, you will ensure that every guest’s arrival and departure at our hotel is memorable, providing a seamless and welcoming experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of services that guide guests through their arrival and departure experiences.
• Process operational needs, address guest requests, complete reports, and share highlights of the local area.
• Maintain safety, follow company policies, protect assets, and uphold quality standards throughout all interactions.
• Ensure guests depart satisfied, leaving with a positive impression of the hotel.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Physical stamina to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• Capability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 lb unaided and up to 75 lb with assistance.
