About the role
Credence Realtor is seeking motivated Real Estate Agents to join their growing team in Dubai. The role focuses on property sales and leasing, lead generation, client relationship building, and closing transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage property leads.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals.
- Build strong relationships with clients and property owners.
- Achieve monthly sales and transaction targets.
- Maintain accurate client and property records.
Required profile
- Previous sales experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and customer‑service mindset.
- Presentable, energetic, and self‑motivated.
