Duty Manager

About the role

The Duty Manager will be the primary point of contact for guests 24 hours a day at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. This role ensures seamless night operations, from arrivals to departures, while upholding the brand’s standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all night arrivals and ensure guest requests are handled smoothly.
• Guarantee reservations are honoured promptly and efficiently.
• Manage VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
• Address guest satisfaction issues and follow up in a timely manner.
• Complete the night audit according to resort standards and procedures.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as needed.
• Keep all team members informed about hotel products, room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa, and health club.

Required profile

• Experience in night‑time hotel operations or guest services.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Capability to conduct night audits and handle VIP guest interactions.
