Duty Manager

About the role

The Duty Manager will be the primary point of contact for guests around the clock at Anantara Retreat Santorini Abu Dhabi. This role ensures seamless operations during night shifts, handling arrivals, VIP guests, and any issues that arise to maintain the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor all night arrivals and ensure guest requests are fulfilled smoothly.
• Honor reservations promptly and address any discrepancies.
• Conduct VIP room inspections, manage arrivals and departures for high‑profile guests.
• Resolve guest satisfaction issues and follow up in a timely manner.
• Complete the night audit according to resort procedures.
• Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as needed.
• Keep the team updated on hotel products, room types, rates, facilities, and F&B outlets.
• Participate in required training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong background in hotel operations, preferably with night‑audit experience.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
