About the role
The Duty Manager will be the main point of guest contact 24 hours a day at Anantara Mina Al Arab Ras Al Khaimah Resort. This role ensures smooth arrivals, VIP inspections, and guest satisfaction throughout the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor all night arrivals and ensure all guest requests are handled smoothly.
- Honor reservations promptly and address any issues quickly.
- Manage VIP room inspections, arrivals, and departures.
- Resolve guest satisfaction issues and follow up in a timely manner.
- Complete the night audit according to resort standards.
- Submit housekeeping and cleaning requests as needed.
- Keep team members updated on hotel products, services, room types, rates, and facilities.
