Dynamic Waiter/Waitress for High‑Volume Restaurant

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our restaurant team as a Waiter/Waitress. In this role you will deliver professional, discreet and personalized service, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform all necessary tasks to service food and beverage according to the hotel’s performance manual.
• Greet, seat and serve customers in a professional, discreet and personalized manner.
• Acquire in‑depth knowledge of the menu to assist and advise guests.
• Consistently monitor the quality of food and beverage being served.
• Handle customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet and upkeep all service equipment.
• Prepare service areas before, during and after service (mise‑en‑place and mise‑en‑scene).
• Ensure minimum wastage, breakage and spoilage.
• Actively use up‑selling techniques to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality, or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Good command of English.
• Strong guest service and interpersonal abilities.
• Hands‑on attitude with a true passion for people and service.
• Positive and pleasant demeanor, adaptable and customer‑focused.
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment, stay calm under pressure and pay attention to detail.
