Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics ERP Techno-Functional Consultant to lead the management, development, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Power Automate platforms in Dubai. The role blends technical development, ERP operations, solution architecture, and AI‑driven transformation to enhance finance, procurement, and human capital processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own ERP operations, production support, incident management and service continuity for D365 F&O and Power Automate.
• Develop and maintain customisations, plugins, modules, integrations and .NET applications.
• Govern Level‑2 support teams and vendors, manage escalations and drive root‑cause analysis.
• Assess business requirements, review technical designs and oversee enhancements and solution delivery.
• Monitor platform performance, storage, resource utilisation and operational KPIs.
• Identify and implement AI‑driven automation, AI Agents and Copilot Studio solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and Power Automate.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on .NET application development.
• Proven experience in enterprise application operations, service management and vendor governance.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder management skills.
