E-Commerce Expert

About the role

We are looking for a talented and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Expert to manage and grow our company’s online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will set up, optimise and maintain online stores, manage product listings, analyse sales performance and execute digital‑marketing strategies to maximise revenue and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Noon, etc.
• Create and update product listings with accurate details, pricing and images.
• Monitor and analyse website traffic, conversion rates and sales performance.
• Develop and implement promotional campaigns and discount strategies.
• Ensure smooth order processing, inventory tracking and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for SEO, Google Ads and social‑media integration.
• Prepare regular performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest e‑commerce trends and technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in e‑commerce management or online sales.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
