E-commerce Manager (UAE)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven E‑Commerce Manager to build and develop our e‑commerce business in the UAE. This is a hands‑on, business‑building role covering the complete e‑commerce cycle – from identifying the right products and suppliers to launching, selling and scaling them profitably.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify high‑potential FMCG, skincare, beauty and personal‑care products for the UAE market, evaluate suppliers and analyse market demand, competition and profitability.
• Develop and manage sales on Amazon UAE, Noon and other marketplaces, launch and optimise listings, manage pricing, promotions and monitor performance.
• Design inventory and replenishment strategies, evaluate Amazon FBA, Noon fulfilment, 3PL and warehouse options to minimise overstock and stock‑outs.
• Plan and execute marketplace advertising and PPC campaigns, monitor results and optimise spend to improve margins.
• Identify wholesale, private‑label and additional online channel opportunities, research new product categories and assess potential physical retail or showroom concepts.
• Analyse total product cost, track profitability and advise on testing, scaling, re‑ordering or discontinuation decisions.

Required profile

• Commercially driven professional with proven e‑commerce experience.
• Capable of managing the complete journey: research, source, evaluate, launch, sell, analyse and scale.
