E-Commerce Specialist (Professional Audio, Video & Photography Equipment)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end marketplace operations for professional audio, video, and photography equipment across major regional and global platforms. The role combines hands‑on platform management with leadership of a team of e‑commerce executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day account and listing operations, ensuring accurate content, pricing and stock levels.
• Handle category restrictions, gating issues and required documentation such as invoices and certificates.
• Resolve listing errors, suppressions and policy violations by liaising with platform support.
• Optimize listings for SEO, run PPC campaigns and manage brand stores and enhanced product content.
• Plan and execute promotions, deals and pricing adjustments based on competitor and MAP compliance analysis.
• Coordinate platform‑fulfilled and merchant‑fulfilled shipments, restocking and inventory reconciliation.
• Manage returns, removals and unsellable inventory, and support onboarding of new marketplace accounts.
• Oversee payments, invoicing, chargebacks and financial reconciliation across all marketplaces.
• Handle customer queries, reviews and returns, driving initiatives to improve satisfaction and ratings.
• Track and report sales, performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Minimum 48 months (4 years) of experience in e‑commerce marketplace management.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of e‑commerce executives.
• Strong problem‑solving and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
