Early Careers – Field Operations (Engineer, Specialist, Analyst)

About the role

Join SLB’s Early Careers program and work on‑site delivering cutting‑edge energy solutions. You will rotate through Field Engineer, Field Specialist and Field Technical Analyst tracks, gaining hands‑on experience in well construction, data acquisition, and operational support.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field operations, operate equipment and ensure wellsite performance.
• Manage field activities such as engineering design, maintenance, job planning and operational reporting.
• Learn the well construction process and support service companies.
• Assist engineers and specialists with risk analysis, data collection and technical decisions.
• Lead a crew or process within the first year and prepare wellsite reports and debriefings.
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Quick learner with logical problem‑solving ability.
• Commitment to continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork experience.
