About the role

Join Marsh Risk’s FINPRO MENA team in Dubai’s DIFC for a 12‑month Early Careers Program designed for recent graduates eager to launch a career in financial lines insurance.

Key responsibilities

• Support the FINPRO MENA team in day‑to‑day operations and client deliverables.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Learn fundamentals of Directors & Officers, Cyber, Professional Indemnity, Crime and Surety insurance.
• Support broking and placement activities while building market knowledge.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients and insurers across the MENA region.
• Contribute to market research and analysis that informs team strategy.

Required profile

• UAE national (with family book).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field (or equivalent professional background).
• Solid grasp of basic financial concepts and principles.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Results‑oriented mindset with analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
