Early Years Teacher – Preschool & Kindergarten

About the role

Masterminds Early Learning Center is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join its award‑winning team in Dubai. You will work with children aged 2‑5 years across Preschool, Pre‑K and early Kindergarten, fostering a love of learning and supporting their development in language, literacy, numeracy and social‑emotional skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging daily learning experiences for Preschool, Pre‑K and early Kindergarten groups.
• Create hands‑on, developmentally appropriate activities linked to weekly themes and enrichment programs.
• Support children’s growth in communication, early literacy, phonics readiness, pre‑writing, numeracy, fine motor skills and independence.
• Establish warm, structured classroom routines that promote emotional security and positive behaviour.
• Observe, document and track each child’s progress through daily observations and learning evidence.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the developmental stage and readiness of each learner.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience teaching children aged 2‑5 years.
• Experience with Preschool, Pre‑K (Nursery, Reception) and early Kindergarten curricula.
• Strong understanding of early childhood development, classroom routines and age‑appropriate behaviour support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in early childhood education preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English to model high‑quality language.
