E‑Commerce Accountant & Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage end‑to‑end financial processes for our e‑commerce platform in Dubai. The role combines billing, stock, vendor, tax compliance and marketplace operations to ensure smooth financial flow and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales invoices, credit notes and receipts in Zoho Books; handle billing queries and payment disputes.
• Conduct regular stock counts, reconcile inventory in Zoho Inventory and report discrepancies.
• Onboard and maintain vendor records, ensuring trade licences, VAT certificates and contracts are up‑to‑date.
• Prepare quarterly VAT returns, corporate tax calculations and maintain organized tax documentation.
• Manage petty cash, process vendor payments and reconcile statements in Zoho Books.
• Process daily orders on Amazon Seller Central and Noon Seller Lab, coordinate packing and dispatch, and reconcile marketplace settlement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• UAE driving licence.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in e‑commerce or retail.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT filing and corporate tax obligations.
