About the role

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess Economics lessons aligned with the British curriculum.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of a multicultural classroom.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and assessment outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive, innovative learning environment.
• Integrate technology to enhance instruction.
• Contribute to co‑curricular and extra‑curricular programmes.
• Uphold GEMS policies, procedures and core values.
• Communicate regularly with parents, colleagues and external stakeholders.
• Engage in continuous professional development and performance management.
