Education Manager (UAE)

About the role

BEEAH is looking for an experienced Education Manager to lead its education initiatives across the UAE. The role focuses on designing and delivering programs that raise environmental awareness and drive behavioural change both inside and outside the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage all education programs in line with corporate strategy.
• Design collaborative programs with external partners on environmental, community, and market topics.
• Build and maintain relationships with schools, universities, corporate partners, and government institutions.
• Create engaging learning resources and supporting materials for events and workshops.
• Monitor program performance, update content regularly, and generate insights for improvement.
• Maintain records of education sessions and analyse data for continuous enhancement.
• Launch an internal awareness program to engage employees.
• Conduct organization‑wide needs assessments to identify skill and knowledge gaps.
• Represent BEEAH at environmental events to promote education initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development, Education, or Environmental Sciences.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in environmental best practices, CSR, or related fields.
• Proven track record delivering workshops and training programs.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Google Workspace proficiency.
• SAP literacy.
