EEMEA Product Marketing Manager - THV

About the role

Edwards Lifesciences is hiring an EEMEA Product Marketing Manager for its heart valve (THV) therapy. The role turns clinical awareness into referrals and procedures, closing gaps across the patient access, referral and awareness pathway. It is accountable for measurable therapy growth and works closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs and Sales.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in setting the EEMEA THV therapy development strategy and own its outcomes
• Turn market and clinical insights into actionable strategies and define the impact of referrals on procedure growth
• Manage the Therapy Development budget so that spend delivers ROI
• Build annual referral plans for Israel, the Balkans, Eastern Europe and South Africa
• Design and run activation initiatives for patients, general cardiologists and referring physicians
• Align with Medical Affairs and Sales and ensure activities support field execution
• Own approvals, embed best practices across markets and build regional patient advocacy partnerships
• Represent Therapy Development externally and convert awareness into referrals and procedures

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience, or Master's degree or equivalent plus 3 years of related experience
• Experience in sales, marketing or the healthcare industry
• Preferred: track record in therapy development, market development or commercial strategy; regional/multi-market experience across EEMEA
• Preferred: fundamental clinical knowledge of hospital environments, clinical practice and reimbursement policies

Required skills

• Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
• Ability to forecast product lines and interpret market share, pricing, ASPs and competitive dynamics
• Strong analytical skills, KPI ownership and cross-functional leadership
