EHS Lead – Civil Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced EHS Lead to oversee health, safety and environmental activities on civil construction projects in the UAE. The role requires immediate joining and offers a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS activities for civil construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, client requirements and company HSE policies.
• Develop and implement EHS plans, risk assessments and method statements.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and deliver safety trainings/toolbox talks.
• Lead accident and incident investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and project teams on EHS matters.
• Monitor KPIs, maintain reports and promote continuous safety improvement.

Required profile

• 7–8 years of EHS experience in UAE civil construction.
• NEBOSH or IOSH certification (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication and reporting abilities.
• UAE‑based candidates only, immediate availability.
