Electric Buggy Operator

About the role

Serco is seeking an Electric Buggy Operator to provide safe, efficient, and high‑quality passenger transportation across its Dubai property. The role combines operational driving duties with a strong hospitality focus, acting as a visible ambassador for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport guests while complying with all safety procedures, routes, speed limits and operational guidelines.
• Conduct pre‑operation checks to ensure buggy readiness and safety.
• Provide a warm, welcoming, and respectful experience, reflecting high standards of hospitality.
• Assist diverse passenger categories, including elderly, PRM, and children, with patience and empathy.
• Maintain high visibility, proactively identify passengers needing assistance, and report faults or suspicious items.
• Work a rotating shift schedule covering 24/7 operations, including statutory holidays.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, hospitality or aviation.
• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred) and a valid UAE or home‑country driving licence.
• Fluency in English mandatory; Arabic or additional languages highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet KPIs related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
