About the role

Innovation Group is hiring an Electrical Engineer in Dubai for a permanent position. The engineer ensures the safe, reliable and efficient operation of electronic equipment, instrumentation and PLC systems across the Cement Plant and Kiln areas, working closely with the Unit Head - Electrical & Electronics and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

Carry out routine and preventive maintenance in line with ISO standards, and diagnose and resolve electronic and PLC issues
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to system upgrades and project implementation
Supervise the electronic maintenance workforce and enforce safety and environmental compliance
Maintain accurate records of equipment history, maintenance activities and job orders in SAP HANA
Manage spare parts inventory and communicate effectively to keep plant operations running without interruption

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5-8 years of experience in a relevant field; cement industry experience preferred
