Electrical Inspector (UAE National)

About the role

Parsons is seeking a motivated UAE National graduate to join the Construction Supervision team in Dubai as an Electrical Inspector. This entry‑level position provides hands‑on experience supporting infrastructure, roads, utilities, and construction projects while working alongside experienced engineers and inspectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
• Monitor construction activities, document site progress through daily reports and photographs, and verify materials and workmanship meet quality standards.
• Maintain inspection records, diaries, and project documentation; support quantity measurements, as‑built documentation, and project close‑out activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders on site and promote health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Required profile

• UAE National with a valid Family Book.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; willingness to work on‑site.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
