Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Shift Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at Guardian Industries in Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on ensuring safe, reliable plant operations through effective maintenance planning, execution and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of 5‑6 technicians, fostering a safety‑first culture and principled management.
• Plan, schedule and oversee corrective, preventive and condition‑monitoring activities across shifts.
• Prepare work procedures, job hazard analyses, permits and conduct safety briefings.
• Coordinate with production to minimise downtime and support emergency asset maintenance.
• Maintain EH&S standards, perform risk assessments and energy‑control reviews.
• Monitor quality of work, coach crew members and address talent gaps.
• Review and improve work instructions and preventive‑maintenance programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Significant experience in medium‑to‑large continuous‑process manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 plant.
• Proven ability to implement reliability‑focused maintenance techniques.
