Electrical Site Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Site Engineer to lead the execution and supervision of electrical works across our construction projects in the UAE. The role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with local authority standards, and delivering high‑quality electrical installations on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor installation of LV, MV, ELV, lighting, power, fire alarm and related systems according to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure work follows approved shop drawings, material submittals and project timelines.
• Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to integrate services correctly.
• Conduct inspections, testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for project management.
• Guarantee compliance with DEWA, SEWA, ADDC or other local authority regulations.
• Manage site materials, manpower and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Identify and resolve technical issues in collaboration with design and planning teams.
• Enforce safety and quality standards on site.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of relevant experience in the UAE/GCC, preferably on high‑rise, villa or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and local authority approval processes.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Immediate availability is an advantage.
