Electrician - 5-Star Resort

About the role

Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, a 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, is hiring an Electrician. You will install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain the property's electrical systems and equipment, keeping them safe, functional and comfortable for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, equipment and facilities throughout the property
• Carry out preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation of all electrical installations
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and take immediate corrective action
• Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns and maintenance requests
• Assist guests about property facilities in a professional and helpful way
• Plan and prioritise daily tasks to meet established timelines
• Support other departments with their maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental standards and company policies
• Keep maintenance records and report major repairs or equipment issues to the Engineering team

Required profile

• Proven track record in a similar role for at least 2 years; 5-star resort experience is preferred
• Technical education background and related diplomas
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise work in a busy schedule and to work as a team player
