About the role

PostADNOC Schools is seeking high‑performing elementary classroom teachers to join ADNOC School in Sas Al Nakhl, Abu Dhabi, with a start date in August 2026. The role involves delivering the Massachusetts State Curriculum in a modern, technology‑rich environment and fostering a supportive learning climate.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN and gifted students.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school’s Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate resources, including ICT tools.
• Mark student work regularly, set progress targets, and record achievements.
