Elementary Classroom Teacher - Immediate Start

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking an enthusiastic Elementary Classroom Teacher to join its Abu Dhabi campus starting August 2026. The school follows the Massachusetts State Curriculum and offers a modern, technology‑rich learning environment for students from early years through primary grades.

Key responsibilities

• Create a positive, engaging climate for learning that promotes high expectations.
• Define clear teaching and learning objectives and design tasks that challenge and interest students.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of SEN and gifted learners.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning and deliver targeted lessons.
• Maintain classroom discipline in line with the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies to match content and present key ideas effectively.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience teaching the American curriculum.
• Qualified teacher – PGCE, Bachelor in Education or equivalent.
• Experience working with students for whom English is an additional language.
• Ability to analyse performance data and use it to differentiate instruction.
• Commitment to the values of the region and the school’s ethos.
