Elementary Classroom Teacher

About the role

ADNOC Schools is seeking high‑performing Elementary Classroom Teachers to join its Sas Al Nakhl Campus in Abu Dhabi, starting January 2027. The school follows the Massachusetts State Curriculum and aims to deliver a US‑style education in a modern, well‑equipped environment.

Key responsibilities

• Create a climate for learning that encourages outstanding practice.
• Identify clear teaching and learning objectives and set challenging tasks.
• Differentiate instruction for SEN or highly able students.
• Use assessment for learning and performance data to inform planning.
• Maintain discipline in line with the Behaviour for Learning Policy.
• Employ a variety of teaching strategies, effective questioning, and appropriate resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of teaching experience.
• Qualification such as PGCE or equivalent teacher certification.
• Experience working with students for whom English is an additional language.
• Ability to assess learning and use data to drive instruction.
