Elevate Internship Programme – 6‑Month Corporate Experience

About the role

The Elevate Internship Programme offers a six‑month, paid experience for university students and recent graduates to work within Emirates Group’s corporate functions in Dubai. Interns join a supportive cohort, receive mentorship and gain exposure to the airline and travel services business.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to real projects and day‑to‑day business priorities within a corporate team.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse backgrounds, functions and areas of expertise.
• Participate in learning sessions, development workshops and receive regular feedback, including mid‑point and final reviews.
• Work alongside a dedicated buddy and be part of a cohort of interns starting their journey together in Dubai.

Required profile

• University students or recent graduates from any discipline.
• Strong interest in aviation, travel or corporate environments.
• Motivation to learn, solve problems and communicate effectively.
