About the role
The Emerging Talent Program offers UAE nationals fresh graduates and early‑career professionals a chance to start their career in a global financial services and trading environment.
Key responsibilities
- Gain practical experience across areas such as trading, risk, compliance, finance, technology, marketing and client services.
- Work on real business projects, contribute to initiatives that have a genuine impact, and collaborate with international teams.
Required profile
- UAE National, recent graduate or early‑career professional.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, Technology, Computer Science, Data, Marketing, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a proactive learning mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, international environment and fluent in English (Arabic a plus).
