Key responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple departments such as Finance, IT, Compliance, Marketing, Property Management, Research & Consultancy, Valuations and Agency services.
• Support day‑to‑day operations, assist senior staff, and contribute to project deliverables.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops and mentorship activities to develop professional skills.
• Help prepare reports, presentations and client communications as required.

Required profile

• UAE national holding a family book.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Minimum high‑school diploma (university degree holders will be prioritised).
