Employee Dining Room Attendant

About the role

The Employee Dining Room Attendant supports the daily experience of Rosewood Abu Dhabi staff by maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well‑organized employee dining area. Working closely with the In‑Room Dining and Food & Beverage teams, you will help ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience for all colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the dining room, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for each service period.
• Support food service by setting up displays and assisting with menu item presentation.
• Engage with employees in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all service areas, equipment, and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with replenishment and inventory control.
• Assist with opening and closing duties to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Detail‑oriented with high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluent in English.
