Employee Experience Manager

About the role

The Employee Experience Manager shapes a consistent, inclusive, and positive experience for all staff across the employee lifecycle. The role focuses on engagement, well‑being, relations, and the day‑to‑day experience of frontline employees while also overseeing company‑provided accommodation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an employee experience strategy aligned with organisational values and business objectives.
• Map, monitor, and continuously improve key employee journeys such as onboarding, development, internal mobility, recognition, and off‑boarding.
• Design and deliver engagement, recognition, team‑building, and CSR initiatives, especially for frontline staff.
• Manage listening channels (surveys, pulse checks, focus groups) and ensure timely follow‑up on actions.
• Lead physical, mental, social, and financial well‑being programmes and promote psychological safety and inclusion.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, handling grievances, disciplinary matters, and investigations in line with UAE legislation.
• Oversee frontline accommodation management, ensuring safety, compliance, maintenance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, HSE, Facilities, Procurement, Finance, and external service providers to deliver seamless employee experiences.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee experience, engagement, well‑being, employee relations, and accommodation management.
• Strong ability to translate employee feedback and business priorities into measurable initiatives.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with HR, Operations, HSE, Facilities, Procurement, Finance and external partners.
• Knowledge of UAE labour legislation and best practices in employee relations.
