About the role

The Employee Relations Department safeguards a positive and fair workplace across the Emirates Group. As an Employee Relations Partner you will deliver high‑quality, timely advice and coaching to employees and managers, assess and resolve complex employee relations matters, and partner with leaders to ensure consistent application of policies while protecting the employment brand.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide partnership to stakeholders on employee relations case management across the Emirates Group.
  • Advise, guide and coach managers on a variety of employee‑related issues to promote best practice and reduce risk.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee issues, conduct thorough investigations and hearings in line with company requirements and local employment law.
  • Identify corrective actions, process enhancements and policy revisions, and work with relevant stakeholders to implement them.
  • Monitor employee relations trends, analyse data and recommend proactive solutions.
  • Develop strong relationships with business units to foster positive employee relations.
  • Design and deliver training workshops for managers and employees on case‑management topics.
  • Identify business‑improvement opportunities and lead related projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to plan, design and implement key HR projects and change initiatives.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Relations or Human Resources.
  • Background in a customer‑ or business‑facing advisory role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate policy to all levels.
  • Passion for delivering high‑quality service and protecting the employer brand.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends and propose solutions.

Required skills

  • Knowledge of employment law and employee‑relations procedures.
  • Experience conducting investigations, hearings and disciplinary processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Analytical skills for trend analysis and problem‑solving.
