About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction & Property division in Dubai. You will work with a range of high‑calibre clients, using market‑leading tools to source and place top talent across the construction and property sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Gulf Talent and internal platforms, exploring innovative sourcing methods.
• Conduct market and talent mapping to provide actionable insights for clients.
• Represent clients professionally, ensuring each interaction reflects integrity and deep industry understanding.
• Develop shortlists that consider both skills and cultural fit, and drive searches to successful closure.
• Prepare progress reports and keep clients informed with transparent communication.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and advise clients on strategic hiring decisions.
• Build relationships with potential clients and contribute to new business development.

Required profile

• Proven recruitment experience within the Construction & Property sector in the UAE or wider Gulf region.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building abilities.
• Growth mindset with curiosity and willingness to challenge assumptions.
• Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a supportive team culture.

Required skills
