Employer Branding & Digital Communications Specialist

About the role

Dautom is looking for a creative and energetic professional to shape its employer brand and boost its digital presence. You will translate the company’s culture, achievements and expertise into compelling content that engages both current employees and prospective talent.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding campaigns across digital platforms, including employee spotlights, success stories and culture‑focused content.
• Own Dautom’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other relevant channels) – plan, schedule, publish, engage the community and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to create thought‑leadership content, executive LinkedIn posts and personal brand assets.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as recognition programs, work‑anniversary celebrations, new‑joiner announcements and internal culture campaigns.
• Manage online reputation on Google Business Profile, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox and similar platforms – monitor reviews, draft responses and encourage authentic feedback.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employer branding, digital communications or social media management.
• Strong storytelling ability that connects people, technology and business outcomes.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with HR, leadership and cross‑functional teams.
• Results‑oriented, with a focus on building authentic brand advocacy.
