Engineer – Contracts PPO

About the role

The Engineer – Contracts PPO will manage the end‑to‑end tender and contract award process for ADNOC Logistics & Services. You will act as the main liaison between business units and bidders, ensuring that procurement requirements are clearly defined, evaluated, and executed in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process ADNOC Directorate end‑user planned consultancy and insurance contract requests for the upcoming year.
• Initiate expression of interest and pre‑qualification activities with potential suppliers.
• Develop end‑user contract requests into formal Requests for Tenders (RFT) and obtain management approval of bidder lists.
• Manage the tender process from issuance, clarification handling, to bid submission and technical/commercial evaluation.
• Conduct commercial evaluation, define negotiation strategies, and prepare award recommendations.
• Prepare contract award documents for signature and support kick‑off meetings with appointed contractors.
• Provide advice to end‑users on evaluation criteria, contractual arrangements, and claim or variation assessments.

Required profile

• Experience in contract management, procurement, or tender processes within a large organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial evaluation and negotiation techniques.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and maintain clear documentation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
