Engineer, Planning

About the role

The Engineer, Planning will coordinate and optimise the activities of LPG terminals, depots and CNG stations. This includes fleet, equipment and machine utilisation, production, supply, distribution, storage, maintenance and manpower planning in line with ADNOC Distribution HSSEQ standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, quarterly and monthly production and distribution plans based on sales forecasts.
• Plan maintenance and shutdowns for LPG terminals and CNG stations, ensuring predictive and preventive activities are executed.
• Monitor inventory, control product losses/gains and maintain strategic stock levels at Abu Dhabi and Al Ain depots.
• Prepare and review capital, expense and manpower budgets, tracking OPEX and CAPEX against scorecards.
• Manage contracts with contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with technical, safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Support digital transformation initiatives, audits and risk mitigation plans.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related field.
• 6‑8 years experience in LPG or CNG operations, including planning.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, HSSEQ procedures and contract management.
