Engineering Delivery Manager

About the role

The Engineering Delivery Manager leads the delivery of infrastructure and software development work packages, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams, customers and stakeholders throughout the Build & Run lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver engineering work packages, managing schedule, budget, risk and resources.
• Monitor progress, track milestones and report on project status.
• Coordinate customer meetings, project reviews and progress reporting.
• Collaborate with Systems Engineering, Software Development, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and IVVQ teams.
• Identify and resolve delivery risks, issues and bottlenecks.
• Promote Agile and Lean methodologies to improve performance.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software or engineering delivery experience, including at least 3 years as a Delivery or Work Package Manager.
• Proven experience delivering complex, multidisciplinary projects in multicultural environments.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
