Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

The Engineering & Maintenance Supervisor will lead the hotel’s engineering team to ensure all facilities operate safely and efficiently. This full‑time position supports guest comfort and the smooth functioning of all technical services within the property.

Key responsibilities

• Assign daily work schedules for the engineering team, handling planned maintenance, guest requests and emergencies.
• Supervise the team to ensure effective completion of duties and compliance with standards.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to provide required engineering support.
• Inspect and maintain air‑conditioning, water and fire‑safety systems according to hotel standards.
• Oversee external contractors and support external inspectors during their inspections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of engineering or maintenance experience.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering tools.
