About the role
Under broad direction, the Engineering Manager is accountable for the financial and technical success of large‑scale projects, typically under $200 million in total installed cost. The role involves overseeing all phases of project planning, execution, and client interaction to ensure satisfaction and compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Take bottom‑line responsibility for project financial performance and technical outcomes.
- Lead planning, organization, coordination, and control of domestic and international projects.
- Maintain day‑to‑day client communication and focus on client satisfaction.
- Supervise project personnel through subordinate leaders.
- Manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and lead proposals for large domestic and international projects.
Required profile
- Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with an average of 20 years.
- Strong knowledge of the relevant industry and project management practices.
