Engineering Manager – SaaS

About the role

We are looking for an Engineering Manager based in the United Arab Emirates to lead a high‑performing engineering team in a fast‑growing SaaS environment. You will combine technical leadership with people management, guiding decisions and maintaining engineering quality while collaborating closely with Product, Design and senior engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers through coaching, feedback and career development.
• Own sprint planning, task allocation and delivery tracking in close collaboration with Product.
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear, actionable plans for the engineering team.
• Maintain high standards across code quality, documentation, testing, architecture and technical debt management.
• Identify delivery risks, technical bottlenecks and dependencies early, communicating issues and proposing solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 2 years in an engineering leadership or management role.
• Strong technical foundation with the ability to lead technical discussions and provide guidance without coding daily.
• Hands‑on experience with Bubble.io or familiarity with no‑code/low‑code development platforms.
• Proven experience managing software delivery in an agile environment, including sprint planning and prioritisation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
