English Teacher (Female) – K‑12 International School

About the role

We are seeking a qualified English Teacher (female) to join our K‑12 international school network across the UAE. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality English instruction using either the AP or IB curriculum, depending on the campus location. This is a 2‑3 year fixed‑term contract with opportunities for professional development, including IB training.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver, and assess English lessons for middle and high school students, aligning with AP or IB standards.
• Prepare instructional materials, homework, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate student records and progress reports.
• Collaborate with department heads and fellow teachers to ensure curriculum coherence.
• Participate in school events, parent meetings, and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Native English speaker from an English‑speaking country.
• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject, plus a teaching license (preferred).
• Post‑graduate teaching experience of at least 2 years in the subject area.
• References that verify teaching experience.
• For kindergarten and primary levels, a Bachelor’s in Education is required.

• Native‑level proficiency in English (spoken and written).
