Enterprise Account Executive – Dubai

About the role

Thinkproject is seeking a Net‑New Enterprise Account Executive for the Dubai market. You will be responsible for identifying, prospecting and closing new business opportunities with large accounts that have not previously engaged with Thinkproject.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new logos and meet sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Build relationships with new customers, understand their challenges and position Thinkproject’s platform as a solution.
• Maintain a robust sales pipeline, deliver compelling presentations and negotiate contract terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to uncover opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Technical Sales, Services, Marketing and Partner Management to ensure successful deal closure.

Required profile

• 5+ years of field sales experience selling SaaS and cloud solutions.
• Proven track record of acquiring new customers and logos.
• Experience in outcome‑based solution selling with measurable results.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
