Enterprise Operations Engineer I

About the role

Mastercard’s Multimedia Services team is seeking an Enterprise Operations Engineer I to support field services across the United Arab Emirates. The role focuses on lifecycle refresh, transformational initiatives and service delivery, helping to modernise audio‑visual experiences for employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Implement strategic refresh projects within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with end users, Real Estate Services, Network Engineering and external vendors to simplify and modernise AV solutions.
• Facilitate final acceptance testing and hand‑over of projects to the Multimedia Services Operations team.
• Support global Multimedia Services initiatives and provide on‑site expertise as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment, ensuring network security and optimal performance.

Required profile

• Highly motivated, analytical and outcomes‑oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Entry‑level experience (minimum 1 month) in AV or related field.
