Enterprise Sales Manager

About the role

As the Manager – Enterprise Sales you will lead end‑to‑end sales execution for marquee enterprise accounts, personally closing complex multi‑stakeholder deals while coaching a high‑impact team. You will partner closely with Solution Architects, Forward Deployed Engineers and AI Interaction Engineers to deliver value‑led, agentic AI solutions for regulated and high‑growth industries.

Key responsibilities

• Hit and exceed enterprise sales targets, delivering ARR and TCV quotas and maintaining precise forecasting.
• Manage and mentor a team of 3–6 enterprise Account Executives, running weekly strategy sessions, account reviews and deal coaching.
• Navigate C‑level relationships, procurement and legal to structure multi‑year, value‑based agreements that increase ACV.
• Build land‑and‑expand strategies, collaborating with Customer Success to drive renewals and expansion across multiple business units.
• Leverage AI agents for lead intelligence, competitor tracking and account‑based marketing, implementing data‑driven outbound sequences.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of B2B enterprise sales experience, including 2–4 years in a leadership or player‑coach role.
• Proven track record closing $500K–$5M+ TCV deals and deep understanding of enterprise buying cycles.
• Experience selling AI, data infrastructure or high‑complexity SaaS to regulated industries such as BFSI, GRC or SOC.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
• Hands‑on experience with AI/ML platforms and advanced analytics solutions.
