Enterprise Solution Engineer – Indian Market

About the role

Join Semrush’s International Solutions Engineer Team as an Enterprise Solution Engineer focused on the Indian market. You will work closely with senior sales leaders and key decision‑makers at global enterprises, shaping technical strategies that drive growth and adoption of Semrush’s platform.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a thought leader and technical lead for strategic client relationships across multiple industry verticals.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, identifying new business opportunities that align with customer objectives.
• Collaborate with account teams, partners and customers to support sales objectives and assess potential deals.
• Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to uncover pain points, workflows, use cases and technical requirements.
• Deliver customized product demonstrations, positioning Semrush solutions against competitors.
• Lead technical solution validation, including assessments, proof‑of‑concepts, objection handling and buyer enablement.
• Provide expert guidance on API integration, data handling, security and related processes.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑over from pre‑sales to post‑sales, offering insights to customer success teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical sales or solution engineering for enterprise customers.
• Strong ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with executives and technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
• Track record of driving revenue growth in a fast‑moving, technology‑focused environment.
