Entertainment Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Entertainment Manager to lead the daily entertainment programme at our luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. You will create memorable experiences for guests while ensuring operational excellence and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, schedule and oversee daily entertainment programmes.
• Supervise, motivate and coordinate entertainers and support staff.
• Allocate resources and manage budgets to achieve entertainment objectives.
• Engage with guests to promote activities, collect feedback and enhance satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, food‑safety, ISO and local legal standards.
• Drive sustainable practices by improving resource efficiency and supporting ESG initiatives.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or Entertainment Management.
• Proven experience managing entertainment teams in a hotel or resort setting.
• Creative thinking and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in budget and resource management.
• Commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
